Senior Analyst

Aaron Kirkman applies his experience in economic modeling and business strategy to helping ATI’s partners understand how regulation and policy affect their core business and future opportunities.

Kirkman most recently served as a Strategy Associate at Archetype, a management consultancy and venture capital fund, where he helped healthcare and employee benefits companies develop new services and revenue streams, raise capital from investors and position themselves for scalable, profitable growth. Prior to Archetype, Kirkman worked as a health economics researcher at Northwestern University, studying hospital financing, the health effects of extended unemployment insurance, and physician behavior, with support from the National Science Foundation. Before Northwestern, he worked as a Senior Associate Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, specializing in macroeconomic forecasting, mortgage finance, and sovereign debt.

Kirkman received his master’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago.
